1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

A return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

The item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
⚠️ Note: Due to the nature of wholesale and Amazon FBA shipments, we do not accept returns for reasons such as overstock, unsold inventory, or buyer’s remorse.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Products marked as final sale or clearance.

Items damaged due to customer handling or shipping to Amazon without our prep.

Products not returned in original condition or missing parts.
3. Refund Process
If your return is approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

In some cases, we may offer a store credit or replacement based on availability and customer preference.
4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping costs.

In other approved cases, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
